Lots of the info provided is very out of date! Example: St Kitts, not $150k it's $250k. Only UAE and Turkey are 100% correct!

Really interesting variety of countries, that are eager to have retirees settled down. All of them have difficulty to attract, but for different reason. Some are too remote and tiny islands, others have a lack of secrity and stability. Only Turkey and UAE might be worth considering, however, I dont like them either, because of the climate.

I think I will opt for a country that offers payable residency but has a more attractive package.

You should add Canada. Canada allows anyone from anywhere in the world permanent residency. You do not need anything once you land. You do not have to have a background check so if you have a criminal record coming in it does not matter as it will not be checked. You have to go to a municipal government office to apply for free health card and your welfare allowance that will be around $1300-$1500 a month. If you have a spouse or children they will likely qualify for disability cheques . Housing will be provided and food banks are numerous. If you need anything else you can protest in the streets and especially protest about anything or anybody from your native country. The weather is a challenge in the winter but as long as you don’t inject drugs you should have a warm place to sleep
