    $2,000 USD is not cheap at all. Try closer to $1,000, and only about 20% of people in Vietnam speak English at a high level. Also, the spelling of Bucharest was incorrect.

    Why didnt you mention the Philippines in your list? English is the second language there, and almost 80-90% of people in the Philippines speak English.

    Vietnam has never had a retirement visa. There are no easy long-term visas.
