    Hi Gina, love that you all are having a great vacation in St. Lucia. You guys need to visit St. Kitts and Nevis next! Best times are Christmas for carnival and June for Music Festival! Just thought I would say a little about green bananas after looking at that clip. lol. Green bananas are what they make the salad with. They are actually used for cooking and such and do not taste like ripe bananas (yellow) that you eat normal. You can cook them and mash them like mashed potatoes as well. They are very good for you and are a great replacement for Irish potatoes that carry a lot of starch.

    The key to the Sulphur springs is to go about 8am in the morning, the water wouldn't have felt as hot, as the atmosphere would've been cooler. Also, this mud isn't like mud you get on the street, and has a lot of minerals that are good for your skin🌠
    The music being played would've been soca, calypso or zouk. 💖
