Very sad how the standard of journalism in Ghana have follen so low especially on #JoyFm and the #multimedia platforms as a whole.
A panalist affiliated to the opposition admits he hasnt read a document of an investigations on a former president. He then went ahead to make a conclusive point which were obviously wrong and two journalist hosting a progamme couldnt correct him??? My God!!!! Could it even be the fact that they themselves didnt read the documents? Ok, granted they've not read the document, how about the audio in which the OSP confirms he has interviwed the former president on several occassions?
Am just lost here. Trust me, journalist and most of the CSOs are the main problems confronting Ghana…

I was in shock listening to Kweku Paintsil rant about the OSP not having spoken to JDM, and the journalists in the studio couldn't correct him, or was it a ploy to get him to rant himself into a humble pie? Why did Benajmin and Sweetie leave that job to Mr. Kpebu to?

But it’s even more worrying that the two hosts also didn’t seem to know in order to correct the erroneous claims by the lawyer Paintsil. It tells me the hosts hadn’t read the findings too

The journalists are also very incompetent! Are they claiming they also did not read the OSP'Ss report before carrying out this discussions? This is very sad and shameful of the. I expected them to make the man aware of the fact before he went on that tangent.

Hi Joynews. I think before inviting people to speak to issues you should confirm from them if they are fully apprised of the facts. Others may pick their unfounded statements and put it out in the public domain which may distort the facts.

The call from Marthin Kpebu doesnt make sense. A lawyers we are all aware that Judges could make mistakes and the mistakes are corrected by appeals. Winning a case at lower courts until a final review decisions from the Supreme Court cannot be celebrated as victory. There are many cases where people lost right from the lower courts to the Supreme Court and upon review they changed their minds and ruled in their favour. So the call for the A-G to stop at the court of Appeal decision is a wasteful thinking. A very poor one for that matter.
