Happy day in Bon Aire Tom!
I was listening to new music this morning, doing laundry, playing guitar, writing poetry and loving myself. Decided to check on the daily Tomily😁. Par for the course, I realized during the intro that one of THE most powerful things I do daily and nightly, is self hypnosis. I had similar questions for years until I gathered the answer (gleaned from this channel btw) and it is beautifully stated at about 15:00 of this talk…

"Trust yourself, who you really are…I AM…right…trust that God within you"

And if you don't believe it at first, keep saying it. Say it when you're emotional, say it when you open and close a door, say it every time you do anything habitual. When you wake up at night, be thankful for your awareness, for being The One. Say "I love you" to yourself and to your fulfillment over and over until you fall back to sleep. I AM the miracle, fulfillment, anything, everything and I choose to focus on…fill in the blank….that's what we get.
