    I did the alaska cruise on Holland america line in 2018 and thoroughly enjoyed it,so wasnt surprise you enjoyed yours,but am surprise about restaurant not in as casuals as when we went there was places you had to be formal dress but lots of places where you can be dress as in casuals,good video by the way.

    I LOVED this video! This is definitely a trip my husband and I will take. Watching you two on these trips really helps us save time and money because you are showing us all of our choices. Thank you for demystifying it all for us! I got sad when I didn't see Suzanne in one of your videos once. Keep her in ALL of them! You two are great!

    Beautiful boat but I would rather have couch and living area first and than have the bed in the farthest from door but I’ve never been on a boat so maybe that’s the most requested but I like your videos keep up the good content.

    Great video! If you’re after a similar level of service and comfort but want it more laid back and less formal, then have a look at Viking Ocean Cruises, they target a similar market and have ships of a similar size and go to similar places as Silver Sea.

    We have been on several cruises, not super luxury and not to Alaska. But, we are considering Silverseas. Can anyone elaborate a little on the excursions? What floor was your suite on?

    Wow! What a great video! THAT'S the way I like to travel! (I am such a princess — !!) Anyway, I've been watching your videos over the past couple of years and, even though you and Suzanne go to places that I wouldn't even consider, it's so much fun to watch. Now, on a personal note — what a surprise to learn that you live in Greensboro, NC! Well, so do I! Ha! I grew up here, and even though I spent about 25 years in Charlotte, I moved back. I live near Friendly Shopping Center. So, if you are ever in town long enough, I'd love to say hello and shake your hands. Bon voyage on your next adventure.

    We absolutely loved SliverSeas Nova… I never ever wanted to go on a cruise ship, but this ship is amazing with a lower number of passengers. Every place, every restaurant, tea time, the suite, the butler…everything and everyone was so kind and we felt like royalty! I would go again tomorrow!! Alaska is so beautiful!!

    My wife and I did the same trip in reverse on the sister ship Silver Muse. It was our first cruise as well and I don't think it will be our last! You two had much of the same experiences that we had. I really liked cooking my own steak! I'm glad you didn't try the tandem kayak excursion. That is a real marriage tester!

    I like the smaller cruise ships like Viking i have on the ocean and river cruise from Viking loved them both. Not much in to cold climate.
