Main male lead is an abusive jerk. And not attractive. Due to these things the movie is not worth my time. She could do sooo much better. Disservice to give the illusion he could change on a dime.

Sheeeeesh, I know the storyline gets better but early on, this guy is solidly a piece of work!!! You can be gracious and hold fast to boundaries of respect for everyone else simultaneously. Maybe I feel my overexposure to toxicity- I haven't waited for the movie's redeeming upswing, which I usually root for. 😅
