RE: Service, we fly Southwest mostly and recently they have been using the same tactic to avoid serving drinks. "Due to the short duration of the flight and turbulence, we will not be providing a beverage service" sounds more like a way to cut costs. Usually, those flights are smooth, non-turbulent.

Southwest's "newer" planes also have spots to hold your phone in the headrest of the seat in front of you which actually works pretty well. It's also adjustable to even fit a tablet if you had one.

I fly southwest, it’s a great airline. Also snacks are great in my opinion. (The pretzels are sooo good!)

Is JetBlue really a low cost airline, I thought it wasn’t?

Breeze first class is good. I flew it long haul LAS-JAX direct and it included 2 drinks and 2 snacks from their paid menu at the time. Price was very reasonably for a domestic F product.

There is no "best" airline in the USA. They all have pros and cons. Breeze is new and the A220 is a revolutionary aircraft. It's concept is fresh but not unique. Southwest has trajectory and they don't try to sound luxurious or fancy. Let's face it. It's a coach bus in the air. But it gets the job done more times than not. Jetblue is settling in his ways like SW. And they may be a fine airline to fly within the USA. But, it has an awful reputation as an international airline. If I had to pick one I suppose I would choose Breeze, but maybe just because of the A223. 😊

I think the results (won’t spoil it) is as you might expect. I hope JetBlue gets their operation to a better point because they are an outstanding airline in terms of what they offer the customer in terms of onboard product.

Southwest is my go to airline as my apartment building roof literally overlooks Love Field
