Eating fake foods and fats cause you to store fat and gain weight.
I went on a fake food diet for about two to three weeks about 20 years ago and I gained 10 pounds in that time.
I went back to real food…butter cheese, whole milk and all the " normal " foods I always ate. In a week I was at my normal 110 pounds.
At 30 a chiropractor discovered my liver was not processing vitamin A.
He sent me for tests for blood sugar imbalanc/hypoglycemia.
He treated me with raw Bovine
Pancreas and Liver. In two weeks I was cured.
Poor processing of fat( real fats) will cause you to gain weight. Eating fake fats and foods will cause weight gain because your body can't process it. Weight loss meds may help for a bit, but they are not the answer. Real food/ fats are. Your body was never meant to digest such things.
I am 78. God's food is best. Try it ! 🙂✝️🕊 ❤️ healthy
