Thank you for sharing your video, your seat was not Business Class. It looks absolutely miserable. That coupled with the fact that there's no lounge would would keep me away from JetBlue. You looked like you were in a cocoon..

hmm very interesting I might go with this someday! My main complaint is that the seats are at an angle….a lot of other airlines have the seat parallel to the window and I feel like that would be more comfortable. The food looks amazing 🙂

I have to wonder just how accessible that screen is for ordering meals for folks who are visually impaired or totally blind. Does it have an audio component to where you can plug your headset in or anything of that nature?

No lounge is ok. For $1400 that’s not bad. You’re only on the plane for like 16 hours at the max. That’s all I would need if flying to Europe.

Lounges are nice but let's have perspective. Especially when priority pass is available. It's a secondary consideration.

I tend to skip airport lounges because of the crowds. Delta lounges, especially in Atlanta, are more a zoo than a lounge.

I do not have a positive opinion of any airline.
Except for jet blue, they really are different. I once had a 3 hour delay flying to the Bahamas, and not only did a wonderful staff member spend those three hours calmly explaining the situation, the solution they had, and doing so with a smile, but they also brought us waters/sodas, and even a sandwich. I was in economy, I wouldn’t have gotten a sandwich if everything had gone well.
That’s the only delay/issue I’ve ever had with them, and they went above and beyond to make things right. It’s a great company, support and fly them when you can.

Lounges are not free…they are "included" .
Lounge score should be 5/5 because you did not have to pay hundreds of dollars to sit in one…You paid $1471 and you do not consider value in the JebScore…So Jetblue could have a lounge,… charge $1000 more and have higher JebScore!? lol

Dont need a lounge, most people have access to the other non airline lounges.

The lounge does not set JetBlue back it's meant to be like Southwest and Alaska. And lounges are really for frequent flyers and people who can afford them. Mainly a domestic airline. So yeah not having a lounge is not the end of the world.

We've watched a lot of your videos–just our opinion–using the little hand mike-is distracting and it sounds not horrible but somewhat worse than you just using the camera mike like you used to. Another small point–does Suzanne need to be so enthusiastic? Aside from those things–love your details, food pics, scenery, etc. You have a very good channel!

MINT is awesome. Flew one of the last Newark to Aruba runs and it was worth every penny to see my friends faces light up when they saw the seats.

Lounges are only an essential at airports that serve as hubs between long haul locations such as Doha, Dubai, Hong Kong, Incheon, Singapore and Tokyo. I always appreciate if myself and the other passengers can have a shower to make the next leg better smelling.
