    Inspiring project Patrick… in terms of your keen eye for site selection of an existing building in need of upgrade for investment return! I saw the transformation with my own eyes to operational from purchase to grand opening just 30 days from closing last April 2023! I will enjoy my next stay even more with the added amenities and rooftop gathering place for awesome sunsets in Las Terrenas!…I'll even get some remote work done in the COMUN space!
