Excelent episode guys 👌🏻⚓ We are now in Cartagena de indias Colombia 🇨🇴🤩 But we came by plane, maybe end of year by boat, if not the next one hopefully. That dodger seeing Mike standing on it putting sail away is just awesomeeeeee 😎
Ask him if you don't mind, what is the "Height" between the floor and Dodger top ?
We installed a common cloth Bimini and Dodger done quite cheap by a good friend, but always had on my mind doing a fixed one like yours. Who knows, maybe one day we will 💪🏻

Nice video! Looks like your really getting out and about! Cruising is quite adventurous and can be stressful at times. I've been on many boats where the hardware attached to the boom has failed/exploded, including my own boat. Where I could, I have replaced the stainless hardware with dyneema soft shackles (Harken). So far it has reduced the "Oh shit" factor by a fair amount. They allow movement where a stainless fitting would grind and make noise.
    Enjoy!

I noticed that the stern rail has been extended forward. Did you have this done or did your boat come like that? I was thinking that it would make it feel more secure when leaving the cockpit from under the new hard dodger/bimini. Hoping to make this mod in Trinidad. Btw, we’re in Fort de France and planning to make the short hop to Grande Anse d’Arlet next. Have heard good things.
