We cruised right after Maria in 2017. We went out of Puerto Rico, where they didn’t have electricity or water on most of the island. Over half of the ship were Puerto Ricans escaping the conditions of the island. They had a blast. We did a b2b because it was so cheap. The itinerary changed a lot, but we booked last minute so we didn’t care where we went. People were so apprehensive that we were there supporting their businesses when they needed it the most.

It's a shame some ports will be shut down and itineraries changed however we should pray for the people affected. It must be horrible ⚓️

Years ago I was in a hurricane in DR and the hotel was real great of holding meetings and letting us know what to do, luckily where I was didn't have much damage

Beryl looks like it's packing a lot of damage. Early in the season. Hope this is a one and done for this hurricane season, but I doubt it.

Lord have mercy on those impacted by this storm. The developed nations/citizens need to wake up and understand climate change is real. If you believe in science for some things, then please start believing now about climate change. In the USA we had tornados in February. To my knowledge we have never had so many tornados so early. The destruction from the tornados is real, just ask the people affect by them. Stop making this political and make it human. Innocent people are loosing their lives because too many people fail to understand. Another thing, I encourage everyone to get busy praying that we as a people and nation turn from all of the wickedness, so our land can be healed. I am praying for all of the people and inlands destroyed by this hurricane. God please hear our prayers. By the way, if you don't believe in God, Heaven, or Climate Change, please go to the next post. I will not engage you in any way. You have a right to your beliefs and I have a right to mine.
