Great video! On the question anchor or mooring. Anchor you know the quality and that it can handle the weight. But sometimes its not possible or allowed. Personally prefer to avoid all mooring balls. Your additional rope works if theirs would fail but not if the weight would rip out the concrete from the ocean floor. Often moorings a re just used to creata a financial milk cow with zero service or accountability.

From one beautiful island to another. Fresh baked bread, yay! Love the shell collection and the vanilla farm. A pretty reef, nice footage. Some nice sunrise shots, such as 2:29, 19:26, 20:55. Great work securing the mooring— can't be too safe. Aww, so sad that Aunty has to leave. The Hello note was sweet (I guess they saw you arrive from a distance), and I hope there will be a follow-up.

I have the same mooring ball rule and I did not break it in Bora.
    Vigilance always, well done.

I just wanted to say how much my son and I enjoy your lifestyle. It is so refreshing to watch a family that is not telling and cussing and where the kids are so polite and they all get along. In a world like ours today, it is very rare. Thank you for sharing your life with us and may God bless you and keep you safe on the open waters.

Rules are there to be broken as long as you dive on it just to check. How have you still got hair with four kids. I lost mine when the wee one was two.

Well done guys! The Moorings in Bora Bora are definitely worth a debate. Ours was 90 feet down so we could not tie a line. In that instance, perhaps avoiding the mooring altogether is the way to go, unless you plan to stay aboard. Nothing is worse than coming back to your boat after dinner and having it gone missing! Glad all are safe and keep up the precautions!
