Congrautulations on such an important part of our economic survival. Too many citizens have been (**"duped, made beggars, before death. "**) Many entities have claimed effective operations, but never delivered such. Recourse was not adequate, and in some cases were never in place. Hence, as stated, Clico was a classical example. British American Insurrance was another plight. Add MNIB, GCNA GCCA, wrecking many lives. Ciizens problems stem from not doing due diligence, with no emphasis too, on the restorative path, and, or jurisdiction, of companies, should untoward challenges arise. Legal cost to regain $, remain futile, with victims jeopardy compounded by attorney's stepping in, with class action suits services. That long process to date, have no-financial-gain-recourse for anyone, since administrative costs eat up $, and individuals, experience the usual outcome, ( of repeated time and $ wasted.) Thanks for the conference. Good governance, as such speaks to the strength, of our Caribbean dollar, (significantly reflecting too, on the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank).
