    Poor fat Anna. "She has a variety of shapes going on." No s**t, she's moved from fruit shapes into animal shapes, like elephant, hippo, manatee, whale. She's way too giggly and euphoric about surgery. How about bariatric surgery? Oh no, not that, it would require drastic food volume restriction and we know that's the one thing she refuses to do.     Wow, she is so inappropriate with the medical staff!!! Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I would never speak to a doctor that way, its really cringeworthy.

    tbf there were a couple like the 2 piece that were nice and fit well and i liked them, but allot of them were either too small or didn't work for her figure. but I get why she likes them though, she is a fan of a bold and bright patten.

    I'm confused about her "lipedema" is not typical. I'm not a plastic surgeon but i've been an RN for 25+ years. When I think of stage 4 lipedema the patients are not so proportional as she is like her calf's are basically normal size in proportion to her body as well as her arms. She's a big girl and she's big all over, maybe her thighs are a bit big but i've seen lots of women that have big butts/hips/and thighs and it's fat. When I think of lipedema The patient is usually smaller in proportion to their big legs and/or arms. And when it's in their legs it does not stop at the knees they'll have huge calf's and ankles. My point of this response is she using a bogus diagnosis to pay to have her fat removed ???

    She hides her sadness by acting overly happy.
    Her whole personna is an act. Internally, she is just very sad. She really fights her acceptance of her weight problem.
    Don't judge her. She has some severe mental problems. Pray for her. We all need prayers.

    Gorl's overusing the warm color filter, probably to make her skin look healthier. So much so that green patterns from the photos look like they're turqois on her.

    Hon, I'm glad your hubby got you a good deal and I appreciate that you really like that designer, but that dress doesn't do you any favors. It too short and it kind of looks like a printed sack. Normally, I wouldn't point out these kind of things, but since you like to dish out criticism, you should be prepared to get some yourself.

    I also like bright colors but for as pale as Anna skin tone for me all bright colors looks bad in the way that they get all attention from the face and you look even more pale

    That flutter sleeve dress shows how she much she has no neck. It makes her look way too boxy like a line backer.

    She actually is wearing a bariatric gown. I used to work in a hospital, and that is definitely one.
