All sounds great but in reality not many will ever start which is the norm.
I was disappointed that they never mentioned the state of our Bridges and lack of alternative routes when there is an obstruction ahead, like an accident or slides or even a function happening.
Infrastructure is a survival priority for any growing economy and we are way behind.
Some of the laws we are working with is just crazy….take the importation of sex toys and toy guns for example…..these items are here in abundance…..so change the law.
The current law or rule with accidents……where you have to wait for the police to attend and the vehicles must not move…….even when you been hit from the rear…..what is the point. -
We have to understand that there was not much planning in terms of infrastructure and development, so although there are laws in place I don’t believe there was much adherence or enforcement going on. Besides, we had twenty years of the New National Party, and maybe that wasn't a priority for them.
