Jeff. I went to UW and lived in Seattle after that. First, go to Wallingford (follow 45th street west from UW) and eat Japanese food… Issian, Kozue, there's a Ramen place, there are great happy hours. Wish I could show you around. The UW botanical gardens are nice and check out Suzalo library (for the architecture). If you're in South Lake Union, you're not too far from Kerry park for some great skyline views of the city. Also, Volunteer park is cool. It has the Asian art museum and the cemetery with Bruce and Brandon Lee's graves. I got more for you if you want.

I can see why Jamie Sheriff chose beer delivery. My friend logs 26,000 to 28,000 steps and climbs 30 flights of stairs daily. He lifts stacks and juggles 20,000 lbs a day. Perfect full time job for an NFL prospect needing to get paid to workout while waiting for that phone to ring

Great show. My main takeaway from the Macdonald discussion is that while Xs and Os are important, being able to coach people is next level.

A leader who can connect with their team that way is special. Listen to how players who have played for him speak about him.

Just gotta hope this translate to Ws from next week! Go Hawks!

Idk I felt like Mina 34:00 hasn’t been on the Seahawks for years now, yeah she’s a fan but honestly she’s more of an analyst than I’d say a true Seahawks fan like Brian or Jeff are.
