FUNNY you mention gluten intolerance. every second friend of mine has it (we all live in berlin and were born here). this is a pretty serious issue and more and more people in germany come forward stating they NEED their bread (baked goods) to be gluten free. sadly the state does too little to address this issue. celiac disease is one of the top most undiagnosed (for decades on end) things here. i believe i have it. my aunt has it. my grandma has it. but so far i go undiagnosed. but it's pretty hard to tell given the symptoms. it could just be a nervous stomach / bowels. or their best excuse not to check someone for it over here is "maybe you just ate something wrong". dude i ate one slice of bread and now i'm in horrible pain and can't walk. not sure how it's in the states when you talk to doctors but very often over here you feel like you're being gaslit by them when you tell them what's wrong. especially when you give an anamnesis of your family's illnesses (like said celiac disease) and are still not being taken serious the next time you see each other and tell them about the pains after eating german bread.

The sound effects in this make it unwatchable. Sorry 😞
-
Bread is supposed to go stale after 1 day. Wheat is not meant to be coated in chemicals. I'm pretty sure most people that have gluten allergies are responding to thr chemicals involved in making it fresher for longer (a lot of people in my country suddenly had gluten allergies after this long life bread became mainstream) or to the pesticides used in the growing process.
-
Difference in gluten intolerance is true – I heard it from many people. And as I aged, even with not eating bread much in general – yes, there is a difference.
Also milk – in the US it doesn’t sour the way it’s supposed to. It goes really bad completely skipping the souring stage when it’s still usable for crapes, pancakes and some baked goods. It can be stored longer but there’s something off about it.
As for meats and sausages or poultry – no complaints. But overall, if I had to chose groceries in my native country and US groceries I’d chose US. Overall quality and variety gives you a choice what you eat. -
That’s BS. I broke my jaw when I was 23 and had it wired shut for 3 months. My jaw never swelled up like that. He had plastic surgery and is being dishonest
-
This is quite interesting, although I'm 78 and have no desire to go under the knife for my missing 😊 beauty. I do enjoy your channel. I figure I've had a good run for my money.
-
I think you hit it with the steroids, Dr. Youn. I didn’t even think of that!
-
You seriously don't believe the catacombes is where people were buried? Actually when there were major health issues linked to the cemeteries in Paris, they decided to move the remains to the underground. I think there also some cemeteries that needed to be moved as they wanted use the location for other purposes. That's why the bones are so stacked. Obviously if they had been complete bodies (flesh and bones) it would not have possible to get that result.
-
Thanks for mentioning acromegaly. I’m afraid I have this since I’ve been growing in my thirties. I’m going to the doctor because there is some compression in my abdomen. Maybe that’s why? 🤷♂️

00:46 Seems you've got a filipino in your team, with that "sana all" expression 😊
-
"Sana all" shout out to all filipinos out there 😁🇵🇭
-
I was distracted by the typos consistently displayed on the screen 🙁
-
Zac Efron had an accident in 2013 and got a jaw surgery
-
He should also not have done surgery without ACLS equipment.
-
I think the plastic surgeon needed an anesthesiologist or at least a nurse anesthetist to oversee medication administration.
-
Mr front…. come on doc .. his whole face was completely different .. yes he's more natural looking now .. but a few years ago ..omg .. chin, nose, eyes and brow.. ..a broken jaw ..possibly true , however I'm not convinced ..
-
He looked better before. Much better. Just my opinion.
-
I loved the episode, I am a big fan. I am hoping for some advice about the area around my lips. At 47, I am noticing that the skin around my lips is beginning to deteriorate. I do not want to use fillers. Can you recommend the best long-term investment for improving this issue? Thank you.
-
That death could have been avoided if he would have hired an anesthesiologist to care for her while he operated. I wonder if his office had lipid emulsions in the office
-
It would be nice if you put up before and after pics of Zach while you talk about him
-
I'm 50 and now I have a droopy eyelids. Cat eye surgery makes my looks more attractive
-
Great podcast DR. Youn.😄
-
The whole episode was stupidity by both parties…
-
I had jaw surgery to correct an over bite. I had my jaw brought forward (I forget how much) and now I feel like I look like Quagmire from Family Guy cos omg my jaws got so much wider. I didn't expect that. I have regrets lol
-
All Hillary Brown needed was a nose job so that she could appeal to his surgeon hubby, but sadly, she wanted every surgery under the sun except a nose job and that is why her life tragically ended. 😢
-
The stupid shots of random people spoil the video.
-
Am I the only one who doesn't think Zach Efrons face is that different? He looks great!
-
24:24 lmao 😂😂😂
-
It's totally the Roundup that is horrible
-
When he was talking about the wife doing her own suturing, he showed a picture of a doctor doing surgery on himself. That picture actually shows a doctor doing an appendectomy on himself
-
I'm a type 2 diabetic. My doctor put me on ozempic when it first came on the market. It's very expensive after insurance covers their portion I'm left with $599.00 monthly. I didn't need the medication for weight loss. My A1C was 7.4. Ozempic has brought my A1C back down to a normal level and I haven't had many side effects and really haven't lost a bunch of weight. I don't know maybe I'm meant to be my weight, lol!
-
Love it, so good! Thank you 🙏🏻
-
when i heard the "sana all" expression…i thought…am i watching the same channel???? do you have Filipino staffs hehehe
-
Absolutely loved this episode and this podcast style video! My one constructive criticism is to not use all the little sound effects. When you're just listening all the sounds are distracting. 🥰
-
The “SANA ALL” expression haha I had to rewatch it twice 😂😂😂
-
Zacs skin and features look more like someone who has taken steroids regularly and intensely to bulk up. They get a certain “thick skinned ( like orange peel), big featured” look that becomes permanent.
-
Zac’s dad is a dentist (or was a dentist). I think he did break his jaw, and his muscles are large in his face.
-
Amazing thx 🙏🏻
-
Zach already had a perfect face. He should’ve left it alone and if anything he could’ve spent that money on building his height cause he’s a little short. They have a surgery where they break your femur and insert rods that stretch the bone daily as it heals. You can gain up to 3inches per surgery. Yes, it’s extreme but they are doing it a lot in Asia.
-
Talk about the risks of working in a plastic surgeons office and being married to a plastic surgeon. Because those who do tend to have a lot of unnecessary procedures.
-
Are those her cheeks ? If not please don't do more
-
I saw him in a Netflix movie recently as well, yup he looks plastic which is sad because it'd be the most gorgeous ppl who have the worst self concept and end up doing things to their faces
-
Did she just said Sana Ol?
-
That was very interesting but the sound of paper flipping was most annoying.
-
Such a shame ahahahahaha
-
It is so funny when these people spent tonnes of money just to become into a HORRIBLE version of themselves. Most of them does not seems to be looking much better at all. So pathetic. 🙄
-
Can we have timestamps?
-
You've got to be high to believe Zac's chin isn't bc of an implant or surgical intervention. No one's chin changes to that large of a degree for any other reason, quit fence sitting.
