    HRV is highly individual and should only be compared to your own baseline level. A low HRV does not mean you're in poor health, what matters is that your HRV doesn't fluctuate too much.

    Since ancient times there were cultures where death was celebrated as a passage to the realms beyond and not as something to mourn about like modern society does today.     I appreciate your method of interviewing/reporting: showing a person without trying to pigeon hold them as blatantly wrong or right, but fairly trying to understand them; and not afraid to be transparent on your own perspective while asking the person questions

    You did an excellent job on this. Very interesting to see these characters people often try to portray as “weird,” humanized. You gave them a chance to connect and didn’t use it to just mock or make fun, but to allow them to share their ideas in sn interesting way. It seems like you had fun making this, and I had a blast watching it. Bravo!
