Hey Guys let Sandro F$ck with that VAN!
-
I have listened to every Past Gas & Big 3 podcast (on Spotify), and I've gotta say the ads are to the point that I'm starting to have less desire to listen. 3-4 breaks with several minute ads? I specifically pay for Spotify & YT Premium so that I DON'T have to listen to ads. I get you guys have to 'pay the bills,' but c'mon, man. It's starting to get a little annoying. Love the content & wish you did a couple more podcasts. Just with less ads.

Honestly Williams have been making all the right moves, probably not a bad decision now they have James vowles in charge amongst many other changes they've made, looking to the future Williams look pretty promising, obviously no Ferrari immediately but I think Carlos made the right choice with the options he had

Bosozoku car coming next???
-
Since you're talked about Logan & Andretti, You guys must do a video on Andretti Cadillac.
-
EVs if they could only make the batteries more standardized and serviceable. A 22K battery should be a throw away item, especially if it's just a module or a few cells
-
Skeet Ulrich🤣
-
25 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms sounds like a house I'd build in the sims.
-
chevrolet had the EV-1 in the 1990's, if they would have kept up and pushed the ev back then, maybe we would be farther along the ev trail….and there are other ev's as well
-
GT3 class
-
Monster truck, but i would choose Indy Car
-
World Rally Championship is better than F1 and they're also using hybrid technology
-
How come you guys never talk about W.R.C.?
-
Nolan looks fancy but like still a wrench monkey lol. I'm digging it 👌
-
Hey, great video as always sending love from NorCal Humboldt, y’all need to let Sandro have his way with your donut merch van. Just let him put his fingers all over that thing. Would love to see it at the strip or around town on slicks or balloons
-
Thanks guys.

Sure EV's are probably nice is warmer areas, but they don't do very well with cold let alone cold for many weeks or months. In Oregon when we had a snow spell if you didn't have a garage with its own charger you were SOL. EV's are significantly heavier too and can cause faster road wear over time the more there are, so pothole and cracks would form faster. I'm not super big on not being able to fix my own car also, so much more complicated tech in them (at least for me) you're pretty much forced to go to the dealer for most fixes. No way in hell you gonna be able to just swap that battery out if its got an issue lol. Also public transit sucks… for me again at least. I've had some horrible experiences taking busses with loud kids, crazy people who want to talk to you, and having shit stolen. It very hard to bring stuff with you if you have anything that takes more than two hands. I like long distance camping as well. I'm fine with EV's and public transport, great for city dwellers. But they aren't for me.
-
Randomly started listening to past gas about a month ago, and got hooked. I’ve listened to every episode, and naturally I migrated over to the big three. This show is awesome too. Jimmy’s Miata is crazy. Slime off a slugs back. Give it the goose.
-
Monster truck driver or F1 driver, which one you taking?
-
F1 definitely
-
Hybrids, that's as far we go. Say no to EV tyranny. ~ And then mass transit, wow you made it easy for me to see your bias dude – literally called anti-EV a conspiracist plot then goes on to say public transport is a good thing (good for tyranny).
-
I am neutral on the EV subject. I like the instant torque of ev, and I like the noise and character of internal combustion. Though there are many videos on the interwebs on the subject, they all seem to have a bias that leads them to ignore certain negative aspects of their argument. I would love to see someone do a no bs comparison of both fuels from start to finish of the average life span of a new vehicle not leaving out any part of manufacturing or fueling over time and the impact on the environment once the car is at the end of its average useful life. In the meantime, everyone drive what makes your nipples hard.
-
i was there when Nolan joined. I can't believe the luck of this dude. He's a star now

BUILD A SEX SPEC CAR
-
Hydrogen fuel-cell is just a worse and less-efficient and more complicated EV. It doesn't have anything to offer really. What we need is either a super easy and environmentally friendly way to make hydrogen AND/or batteries. Or just tons of bike lanes and public transit, like Holland etc.
-
I'm late to the party, but I really enjoyed this one. Nolan is jumping into a new level of casting. Not just good by Donut standards, but good by any standard. I'm glad to hear it.
-
Whenever we talk about EV's and their impact to the environment we also have to recognize the afterlife effects of batteries in EV's. Unfortunately, (unless the information has changed), roughly only 5% of all EV batteries themselves are are actually recycled. Most corporations, whenever they say they "recycle" the battery, they typically only pull off the battery terminals because the actual recycling of Lithium and Cobalt Oxide both have levels of danger and complexity involved with their recycling.
-
I'd love to be a GT Series driver here… I love the challenge that leads to Le Mans.
-
Ok so it is true that evs are worse for the environment because these batteries are only lasting 8 to 10 years before they shit themselves. Nolan i don't know where your getting your information, but you need to check yourself. Try looking at real world results like the teslas that where crapping out a few months ago. Also when theses cars also go to the yards there just sitting whats also not good the environment. I can keep laying out facts why evs are worse for the environment if you want?

I rather drive a f1 car
