'Madam's Offices? ' Wow, what a sexist realtor. I was gonna invest but that realtor came across as evasive. Glitch Purleez! Ibadan used to be referred to as 'Big for Nothing' but it's now changing at snail speed. It appears Ibadan indigenes/landowners do not want to let go of their Land. Don't get me started! Thanks for giving him some pointers, Confidence. Alright, let me consult with my banker and get my 500 Milla for half a plot of land only o. Before I go, I must say Ibadan needs to get off that proverbial Nail they (the administrators) are sitting on. Club membership costs an arm and a leg, land?, you have to go to the moon and back not to talk of those annoying Motorbikes that permiates the entire town's peace and those boxy Micra Taxis? Ah, get me back to my base o, get me back to my base. . Shall I continue? Confidence, hope you enjoyed yourself and got out really fast. Ibadan has lost its lustre. Oh well, there's hope, someday.

Nice one, MKH city 3-bedroom bungalow is a good deal. Looking forward to more update on the estate, I pray the developer will deliver on all their promises.

MKH City looks nice and will be a blast to live at I imagine. As a civil engineer, delivering that in 36 months seem like a stretch unless one is using precast. Even with that, you have to prepare the land, your drainage, roads, before talking about the buildings themselves. All the best to the developers. I wish them much success.

Love the project manager from MKH. He showed competence. His enthusiasm is contagious too. 😄

#200M for that? The exterior looks excellent, and the interior layout is good, but the finish and details falls flat. The master bedroom restroom is much too small and looks dirty. I don't know if it is the lighting, but it seems that way at all lower sections of the interior walls.

I wouldn't pay more than #45 to #55M for that. Just my opinion.

Can the Nigerian developers adopt a culture of having green spaces on the properties. I have noted that even most expensive house sits on totally concrete plots.

    Ibadan is indeed beautiful

"Red roof towns and dirty people" . I laugh at the ignorance of some haters in Nigeria. They continue to criticize everyone and every state that isnt theirs. You dont bring others down to feel important. Its a sad reality across all social media platforms from the same people. We are not in competition because Nigeria has a long way to go.The reason why Ghana and others talk us down started from the hate from this group of people that tear down the country. May God deliver us feom enemies within. Thank you Eden Oasis for promoting Nigeria in a positive light.

Most developments in Nigeria started from Ibadan with the plantation pf cocoa. We talking about cocoa house first skyscraper in the country, first stadium Liberty stadium and first medical teaching hospital UCH. The Yorubas were actually doing well during the western region under the leadership of brilliant Chief Obafemi Awolowo. Free education and free health care. The current Government that we have nowadays all benefitted from all this, but they all forgotten where it all started. I believe the likes of Tinubu should emulate the ways of Chief Obafemi Awolowo, but he chose the wrong part of corruption and colliding with the Hausa/fulani ravaging the country. The only way for better. Nigeria is through federalism not the mafia ways of ruling. Nigeria is currently not practicing democracy and federalism

200 million naira for a plot of land in a country that have bad drainage systems lack of maintenance to infrastructure. Is there a gold diamond on the plot of land. I will rather use such money to invest in a property in the United States or uk making monthly rents on it. There’s no parks for recreation and same goes to the properties with no green areas.

Abuja is the only beautiful city in Nigeria. The rest Na Ghetto and brown roofs

Like this what have been expecting but they no dey show all this on internet many Nigeria's think except Lagos the rest of Yoruba cities are just village 😂😂😂 especially our brothers from the eastern part of Nigeria

This video is a top notch, professionally done, I really enjoyed it. You just gained a subscriber. Nigeria have the potential of becoming a great nation only if they’ll have loving and patriotic leaders who can bring about meaningful and positive change, leaders who aren’t just flying out of the country but also to bring back and emulate what they see out there and modernize and clean up the country. Nigerians deserve the highest standard of everything 💯💯

"Do you worth to live there" Nigeria and classism

This is a classic example of us having cluless leaders and by and large people clueless people. Nobody will sell you only you can sell yourself who would have thought Ibadan had such nice places?, all we usually see is the rustic old city even in nollywood . nobody actively promoting the state.. this are simple things even govt can give small change to content creator's to promo

Loved it! Please Confidence tell your friend in Ibadan to rephrase the word “Madam’s office/room” it’s demeaning and some men love to cook too.

    This is incredibly incredible 😍

    You don't mean it

It's risky to buy property in Ibadan. If what we see in Lagos which was the federal capital territory, in which your investment is not secure just because u are not a Yoruba, south-southerners, southeasterners run away from putting your kobo for investment on any Yoruba land. Go back home and develop your own areas. You have it all; water, seafront with beautiful beaches, or what do u lack?

Great video of my great city. Watching from Akoto Estate, Elebu area, off Alao Akala Expressway, near Oluyole Estate, Ibadan. The city is peaceful, serene and beautiful. I've being living in the city since 1993. Kudos to you. Great film…

Ibadan is a beautiful town I'm getting to like day by day even though I was born in Ibadan and left to Lagos in the early 80s I had to go back to Ibadan like two years a good to start a building project for a client and since then I'm on my 3rd building project for clients in the diaspora. Ibadan is peaceful and rapidly developing

Such an interesting and captivating video to watch! I like the story telling, cinematography and editing especially for the polo and golf games. You have effectively sold ibadan as a city for an investor to buy real estate. A big kudos to you and your team.
