HOW TO USE – 1. Remove the insulating sheet on the back of the temperature display to show the temperature.2. Freeze the ice packs in the refrigerator for about 8-12 hours to form a hard block. 3. Remove the frozen ice packs，release it in the air for 5 minutes to prevent freezing of the insulin. And place one on each side of the insulin cartridge with the center pouch serving as a medication storage area. NOTE: Ice packs can be reused for 3-5 years and can be stored in the refrigerator when not in use.
