The issue for the reason they freak out over a woman getting the sex in prison with a “female” is because if she gets pregnant she gets all kinds of benefits and can even sue the state for “not preventing her being impregnated in their custody”. And as much as they say there is no difference between genders you aren’t getting butt babies in the male prison.

If you're a woman and manage to go to prison, you've done some truly ungodly things that managed to overwhelm the cognitive dissonance of 12 people. Quite frankly the average woman prisoner gives the worst of the worst male prisoners a real run for their money. I support there being men in women's prisons.

When it comes to the whole Prison Bitch thing, I think the general consensus is you can't stop the prisoners from doing it to each other but as long as it's same sex the assumption is going to be that the prisoner is just as likely to become the victim as the aggressor at any time so it evens out. Mix them however and you basically got a whole class of predetermined victims and those who will prey on them, so it becomes both an issue of one side just kinda unfairly getting assigned a much more horrific fate than they probably should and another side probably getting what could be seen as a reward. I mean, you don't want the punishment for the guy murdering people and diddling kids to be being sentenced to being locked in the all you can grape buffet.

Minor pet peeve while watching Kirsche here: the first pic of the guy is stated as him being "pre-op" and I feel like everyone just assumed that was him post-op? The reason all sex is treated as "grape", is because the victim will never be truthful about it being consensual. What are they going to do to the perpetrator after all, send him to prison? At most he'll go to solitary for a bit then come back and "grape" you harder as revenge.

I think the only time i remember a guy getting forced on in prison wasn't treated as a joke was the shawshank redemption.

The prison staff took it seriously because they don’t want the hassle of every male prisoner with a brain tryin’ to get some. M vs M stuff doesn’t make for more paperwork.
Also people get murdered in prison right under the correctional officers noses. I’m not surprised snuggle struggles give them issues.
