Doesn’t get better than this. Go Habs Go!!! 😃😃😃
Carrier trade was the turning point because he changed how the entire defensive unit is executing.

I am all in for Simon Nemec, and that includes moving next year’s 1st rounder which will be around 10 the way the guys are playing. If Nemec is a lefty, I would send Strubble, the first and a young offensive player…. Engstrom would hurt but if need be Engstrom instead of Strubble.

Montreal's special teams potion is higher than Toronto's not by much but they're higher ❤

Yes you are if Simon Nemic is involved 😅

No you didn't. You were coming down on them for saying they'd be in the mix 😅

I'm taking out a mortgage on my house and going all in on Habs making playoffs

I am giving this one to Montreal. They are on a high, they have been running a 3 win 1 loss cycle for the past 3 cycles of 4 games, Dobes in nets, Toronto's defense is not as sharp as Dallas or Washington nor do they possesses goalies of the calibers teams mentioned above. I believe the only way Montreal loses this if Pezzetta and gang make horrendous errors once again.

I can’t believe it took so long to get ride of Baron, I was even upset that Honda civic was sacrificed to keep Baron and for only a fourth choice at that…. But getting Carrier straight for Baron was the steal of the year.

To bad Ottawa and Boston both could lose against each other today

20yrs old, right handed 6’1’ second overall pick and fellows Slavok national team to Slav and Mesar. He is rocking in the AHL on a loosing team. And he wants out of NJ due to lack of opportunity to play in the NHL. Acquiring him, makes Matheson expandable this summer for a solid trade. So what do you give to NJ for Simon Nemec???

I'm so excited about the Habs that I am numb. We gonna raise another mug or 2 or 3 or…

Hands down Hutson is the most entertaining rookie. It's not even close. I've watched quite a bit of Celebrini and Michkov too.

They play Montembault they lose tonight.

I prefer Mailloux over Nemec. I would be interested to see the price on J.T. Miller. A gritty center that can play on the right wing and put up points is what this team needs. Not sure about his contract or how much of a head case he is. I would risk it though. The reward is greater imo.

Best habs podcast , you’re not bias and humble , you state facts . Very professional and you got the voice for it , great pace 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Just sick of all these podcast always been bias , constantly talking about our prospects as if they were better than other teams🤦‍♂

I’ve been watching hockey and the habs since Patrick Roy rookie year, I’ve always been pessimistic and I refused to be bias , habs have been predictable for 35 years ,fans get over excited about prospects that are only good in habs fans mind , they also been a submissive team since 1986, heavily relying on their goalies , even average goalies came to Montreal but became the most important players on those teams at that time , guys like huet and even Hackett were one of the main attraction and had their best career stats on some really poor Montreal team, Carey Price has the record for lowest support for regular and playoffs history

So basically besides 93 and the kovalev days , Montreal have been horrendous and the worst team in history for lowest offensive output

But now it looks bright , we’re not the submissive team anymore , we’re the aggressor , Suzuki is an amazing underrated player , caufield , Hutson and great young players who have no inferiority complex like we’ve seen in the past, I also think that not only Dobes is great but we are witnessing the birth of a new style , he plays an hybrid style where he plays like a mid butterfly style, something we’ve never seen

Btw Joel Armia defensive play should be in nhl highlight of the night , he was always one of my favourite , nobody on this team played harder minutes than Joel Armia with the habs during the last 5 years , it’s not even close , he groomed danault, Lehkonen and Evans , even Josh Anderson is copying him , Armia is always physical and has amazing balance , never hurt the team with bad play , he’s always been our hardest back checker and his defensive plays are jaw dropping , he was also treated like crap due to circumstances, last year when he was sent down , it wasn’t because o& his play , it was because the habs couldn’t afford to put Anderson and Gallagher on waiver due to the length of their contract and dvorak cause he was the only left handed center on a faceoff struggling team

To me it baffles me how ignorant fans talk about Armia , this guy is the best defensive winger in the NHL and the best model for young players that want to learn a complete game and for a guy who averages 15+ goals on average of 82 games and being that dominant defensively , his 3,4 he’s making a season is one of nhl best bargain

Armia needs to be extended , sorry about the long rant

    5 2 Montreal

If the habs lose Armia and Evans , they’ll fall right back at the bottom of the league next year and no, they’ll regress and it’ll affect everyone on the team . There’s actually no point of trading Evans or Armia . Armia could never be replaced as he’s the best defensive winger in the league .

What are you gonna get for these guys anyway, even late 1st rounder don’t mean much , what would the habs do with let’s say a 28th overall pick? They sure don’t need it , a late 1st rounder is nothing but a long shot maybe

The zero logic on trading Armia and Evans , they’re a steady 3rd line where prospect can transition from the AHL and learn a complete game

Not many overpaid players on the habs right now beside gallgher and Anderson

I’ve been preaching about Joel Armia since he came to Montreal , his defensive play has been elite since he came in the league

The problem with the habs is they won’t have a single left handed center once dvorak goes , not even in the AHL. Suzuki, Dach, Evans , Hage, beck and Kapanen are all right handed, Hugues will have to make a trade and find a couple of them for next year

Again , your podcast is elite , great delivery, voice , pace . Your reserved and realistic plus you notice things while other podcaster are bias an overrate everything our players do

    Keep it up man
