    Great video again 👏👏👏👏👏

As always another great video! We stayed in PP 2 years ago at the Gran Ventana. Used to walk that beach every day up to the Orange Market, that's what someone told us it was called. Its the market close to your AirBnB. We got a tour of one of those Airbnb's for a possible stay in the future, might have been the one you are staying at. We like PP much better than Punta Cana, more of a true Dominican experience. Poutine looked good. We are headed back to Cabarete in 10 days. Looking forward to checking out the poutine at Quebec Smoked Meat in Cabarete East. Dave & Sandy, Stirling Ont.

Hey guys, thanks for another awesome video. Suggestion!! Why not speak to the Mayor, and suggest a group of you get together to help clean up the beach.

COSTA MAR Y COSTA DORADA. TELL THE OWNERS OF THE RESTAURANTS TO CALL THE MAYOR OFFICE TO CLEAN THE BEACH SO THEY CAN TAKE THE GARBAGE OIUT OF THERE.

IT IS CALLED PLAYA DORADA, GOLDEN BEACH, BECAUSE OF COURSE THE SAND IS GOLDEN NOT WHITE OR BLACK LIKE SOMETIMES IT IS. THE SAND EVEN SHINES. pUERTO PLATA IS BACK TO 1970, WHEN THE BOOM WITH ALL THE NICE HOTELS THAT ARE NOT THERE ANY MORE.

What's the effect of the large cruise ship crowds on the special tranquil nature of places like Cabarete or Puerto Plata? I would love to keep away from the cruise ship crowds.

I left a comment about CostAmbar in another one of your videos, Whoops?

You can cut through any public area on a beach what they don't want is street vendors harassing their guest , but even the vendors can walk the beach. You can get a couple of bags and help clean the beach . It's weird that you would compare Punta Cana to Puerto Plata. Resorts in Punta Cana are much better yet Puerto Plata is more quiet and peaceful. Great video as always love u guys but u need a new set of clothes its ridiculous that we see u with the same outfits regularly.

Please go to playa ensenada puerto plata

Thank for all of those beautiful videos, I am enjoying them all!I would recommend you to go the Haitises!

punta cana vs puerto plata I choose La Romana

Haven't been to Puetra Plata but have been many times to Punta Cana. Its all about what you like but personally I don't like busy and that is Punta Cana. We are in Las Terrenas for 3 months and we love it!! And yes the garbage is for sure an issue. So sad to see all that washes in from the ocean but also the amount laying around on land as well. Hope to run into you guys!!

My son and I were in Puerto Plata in December 2024 in an all inclusive that was rather average. In December 2006 we were in an all inclusive in Punta Cana, but it was not on Bavaro Beach, it was further up the coast on its own private beach. We found the latter much better, but of course in that time prices have skyrocketed.

Thanks you guys for what you are doing with my Beautiful Country

Great job guys. I love the entire region. I would love to see a video in playa Encuetro off cabarete beach.
Thank you for all the videos

I remember vacationing in Cofresi beach in Pto. Pta. as a teenager, with my family. That’s a while back and much has changed since, I still recognize most places though. Beautiful town 😍🍀👍🏼🇩🇴

If you are going to Luperón, also check La Ensenada and Punta Rucia, beatiful beach.

More garbage on beach this year may have been from the flood water with rain going through barrios out to oceans. Also beaches are regularly cleaned up in front of the resort/hotel. More public beaches may not be cleaned up regularly.

We stayed at Emotions in 2023 and they were still working on that Hotel you walked past on your beach walk, definitely enjoy Punta Cana way better. Thanks for sharing

I’m not sure if anyone told you but Canadians were responsible for the development of Puerto Plata as a tourist destination in the 80’s. Not surprised to see Canadians flags in Puerto Plata. At some point Canadians dominated the tourism industry in the northern DR. Great video!!

HI, how much did you spend on food say for a week?

6.50 us for a poutine there, no Dominican can afford that😮

I prefer the community and landscape of puerto plata but prefer the resorts and beaches of Punta Cana

What an amazing video guys, thank you so much. As a Dominican who lives in New York, my dream is to soon move back home with the family.

Looks like you're flying a drone. I've read online that they take drones off tourists at the airport?

It would help if you put a map up.

Love your videos so refreshing. And yes Puerto Plata was sort of the Punta Cana back in the day. I used to visit playa Dorada, Cofresi and surrounding areas.
