This case has me so confused. I don’t know if she is guilty or not but I could never convict her with the doubt I have. Great job Brandi.

Hi there Brandi I just love your deep dive it gives a lot more insight even though I followed the case and there was a lot not brought out in the trial that I’ve heard from you I know it’s a lot of dedication on your part to keep this podcast the canton conspiracy plus the live trials you do that I also follow. You are absolutely amazing Thank you ❤️

OMG, there was something about this trial that didn't feel right to me. That sense you get when things are not exactly lining up in your mind, but so many people wanted to believe her out right, well because of the yrs of not believing women was the standard. @Brandi your work is impeccably, keep it up, the truth is the most important thing.

Goodness gracious, this is such a tough case! You have my mind spinning right now, and I can't wait for the next episode! As always, fabulous work Brandi 👏

    Wow great podcast.

This is the thing a lot of SB supporters never took into account when defending her, so much more was not allowed into trial and most of them didn’t even watch pre trial hearings. You don’t ever get the full picture just watching the trial alone. I’ve researched everything I could find before trial and I shears felt she was guilty.

astonishing amount of work Brandi, after the Telles jurors put us all through an ordeal ( I still don't understhand why it took so long).

This is an awesome series and I can’t wait for the final installation (because I love all of your podcasts) and this has been the most thorough and nuanced coverage I have heard. Thank you for including more of the context that was not allowed in court that’s helps to paint a much clearer picture of just how much manipulation was occurring on Ashley’s side. This case is nuanced in that neither victims nor villains are 100% innocent or guilty at all times. Doug behaved badly and recklessly at times and Ashley has clearly experienced trauma but it seems to stem from something else and have been projected onto Doug. Everything she subjected herself and her daughter to is wild. A bariatric chamber for a baby but after she was cleared to breastfeed? The timing of all of the poisoning and when she’s deathly ill but then also healthy enough to do things that would tire anyone out makes no sense. Also she seems so spoiled and out of touch with the banal realities of life and seems to take them as personal insults.

You are doing a GREAT job. ❤

I wonder where and how she found this "lab"? If you had legitimate concerns about being poisoned, why not just have the hospital test the samples, taken under controlled conditions?

Brandi, thank you for all your hard work and excellent reporting on this case. It is refreshing to see an objective review on Ashley's and Doug's behaviors. Personally, during the trial, I believed her to be guilty of murder and so far, I still do. I am very much looking forward to part 3. You should be proud — you did a great job on this!

One of the most important factors to me is that I learned she had mental health issues that weren’t allowed into trial. The poisoning lie she told to have that baby in secrecy early and hide it from Doug told me all I needed to know. I believe she had some serious mental issues and Doug paid the price for it.

This was doomed from the start. I mean, 13 days after meeting, they got married in SECRET 😅 so many massive 🚩🚩🚩🚩s before the murder? Poor Eva ignored like trash 😢

I don't listen to podcasts because it's not my thing? I need visual footage 😊 but I always listen to yours because you're totally amazing 😊

Very interesting! I was furious about the prosecution of this case and the behavior of the district attorney's… This is horrible and and makes me wonder why more of this wasn't in the trial!?!? However, I still think the behavior of the prosecution was atrocious and unacceptable during the closing arguments.

This case is a crazy 🤪 one!

Brandi you are AMAZING!!!! Your research skills are phenomenal!! My jaw was on the floor for most of the podcast with the amount of information you uncovered! Bravo 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great episode! I watched the trial and I have to say; your deep dive into this case has completely changed my mind

I am a senior, was very gullible most of my life getting into many predicaments. I am so so sorry for what this case has done for true victims of any type of abuse. I was lost to her “innocence” when I realized that a “scared” woman allowed herself to be alone in a house with her “abuser” with three weapons conveniently and strategically handy. Really? Than you for information on this case.

Wow, I had thought Ashley was kinda deluded but now I am thinking she would stop at nothing to get what she wanted.
