If you're not going to serve the proper dish and show them how to eat it, then don't present it at all.
1. That Banh Mi was not banh mi at all. That was the saddest bread roll I've seen with no crunch and wasnt fluffy in the inside ….and what the heck was that red thing in there?
2. That Banh Xeo looked more brown than yellow and was missing the proper herbs mustard or leaf/lettuce.
The only dish that looked accurately represented was the Pho. 😂
