Greetings When was the last time an APO or an IPO offer in Jamaica was not FULLY subscribed? This is a clear signal a lot of people including myself have a very UNFAVOURABLE impression of NCB and its CEO is downplaying the fact that the offer was a just short of an embarrassing FAILURE ,even after extending the closing date. Not until NCB does something to correct the NUMERUOS amount of fraudulent activities will this negative impression begin to change. I closed my account with NCB have I hope others will too. WE THE PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER AND WE DESERVE BETTER.
