The monarch can NOT be prosecuted 1 they are above the law 2 how can you be prosecuted in your own court the whole thing is called The monarch can do no wrong, there have been enough documentaries to know they talk about state business not just random chit chat a paper asked the Palace to tell what is said in the meetings the Palace replied it would change how the monarch governs many want the monarch to be more involved in politics it is due to the lack of intervention care about about the country and their people. Some people need to take the hint that the monarchy is not going anywhere. Most people can't be bothered to vote, so why have two people you need to vote for all that needs to happen is for old people to get off the throne you have to use what you have not what you don't all political power belongs to the monarch ministers have power because they use the royal prerogatives with the consent of the sovereign not many people know power is given not just by royal prerogatives, but by the law the marriage act gives the monarch 15 new power's. If you want to marry overseas in some places, you have to ask the monarch, the monarch still legislates, a minister of the crown, or the monarch themselves may overrule the European Court of Human Rights. The monarch has a policy advisor, so the monarch will write in the speech to open Parliament. The monarch consents to the laws the King holds more power than a Queen. Many people believe that the monarch has to take advice from ministers. This is not true. Margaret Thatcher advised the queen not to go to a dangerous country she ignored the advice and went anyway

After 28 years of studying the monarchy, what people don't know is shocking.
