In the Amy Lynn Bradley case, some military dude came out with a story that he met her in a brothel, and she told him she was there against her will. AND HE LEFT HER THERE WITHOUT TRYING TO HELP HER OR EVER TELLING ANYONE UNTIL YEARS LATER. Special place in Hell for those kind of apathetic bystanders (not sure if he was a "client" of hers or not, but if he was, that means he also SA'd her, bc he knew she wasn't in sex work voluntarily. I still canāt believe how incompetently the āhusbandā of Ms. Powell was handled. Did not even 1 of them recognize the danger? Her cries for help? Her note saying Iām in danger!?! Her parents should have been granted temporary custody of the kids and they should have followed him and his creepy dad everywhere they went and tapped their phones!
