Read about the lewdness in the French Revolution. We are rapidly spiraling down into moral degenerativeness. The artistuc creator denied this was a parody on the Last Supper but claimed "Rather, the performance is a nod to a pagan celebration featuring Dionysus, the Greek god of fertility, wine and revelry." I think he created it with a double insult to Christainity.

First of all, I don’t know how this became the Last Supper! Why you all dragging Jesus into this nonsense.
We need to stop getting so angry over these people doing these things?

These coward Olympic organizers don't even dare to mock the Muslims; they do have a lot more of them in France! The organizers know that if they would've even tried to mock Islam, the Olympics would have been cancelled the very same day because of the terrorist bombs…

Ever notice that much of the content of the book of Revelation is talking about the destruction of a "GREAT CITY"? A city which is actually defined as "Babylon" by the passages themselves. The very city where Christ was crucified (Jerusalem).

First we see Jesus in Matthew 23 condemning Jerusalem for she was guilty of shedding the blood of prophets and saints, and He says that it will be destroyed during the generation that he was speaking to .
Mat 23:36  "Truly, I say to you, all these things will come upon this generation" (again because Jerusalem had the blood of the saints on her hands. This is repeated in in the book of Revelation).

Rev 17:6 “In her was found the blood of prophets and saints and of all who have been slain on earth" .

In Rev. 6:9 the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God ask “how long before you avenge our blood?” God tells them “rest a little longer” . (And indeed God did avenge their blood shortly afterward by destroying Jerusalem in 70 AD.)

The “great city” being destroyed is Jerusalem, not Rome (or Catholicism). Here are some more supporting verses:

Rev 11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified"

Rev 11:13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell , and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven .

Rev 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen , is fallen, THAT GREAT CITY , because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication . (Notice that this is the same physical city spoken of already)

Rev 16:19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath . (Here the great city and great Babylon are one and the same).

Rev 17:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city , which reigneth over the kings of the earth .

Rev 18:10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city ! for in one hour is thy judgment come .

Rev 18:18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city

Rev 18:19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city , wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate .

Rev 18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all .

And Peter, who was writing FROM the CHURCH IN JERUSALEM tells his readers that he was in Babylon. 1Peter 5:13 "The church that is at Babylon , elected together with you, saluteth you; and so doth Marcus my son" .

Again "Babylon" is a reference to Jerusalem.
