    The food, spinach and rice, looks delicious. Amazing. I have paternal ancestry in Trinidad 🇹🇹 and Tobago 🇹🇹 Lots of love from the 🇺🇸 This presentation is very informative. Thank you for sharing your experience and thank you to the people of Trinidad for teaching/showing us your culture. This is better than a lot of regular streaming content.

    The sorrel tree bares a flower that starts out looking yellow, and as it starts to get the fruit forming it gets red, usually we plant the seeds around June month so that we get sorrel for Christma. You can freeze the sorrel after cleaning it and you will have into the next year to use.

    He is no indigenous! He is African
    Kalinago people are mixed race looking, tall, strong body frame, with straight hair. He might be Garfuna which is black and indigenous mix but he looks full black african to me!

    Great interview my grandfather was kalingo black Carib from St. Vincent my mom was born in Trinidad
