I hope you’re having a great vacation! July is the best time to go somewhere tropical because tropics are at quietest. we do have to monitor what happens with this potential tropical wave because now there is a 60% chance of formation over the next seven days GFS is still saying gulf that American model however the gem Canadian, the icon German the European Main run and the furthest to the East the European AI model. It looks like at this point it could recurve because it could be a frontal passage as well as Westerly winds is what you need to blow it East I could see some impacts on the East Coast probably not not hurricane force conditions but we could have some rough seas, rip currents and high surf even if this stays offshore so they can be tropical moisture and coal communities which could increase the humidity. Be careful when you’re looking up the weather on YouTube about the long range because some channels hype things off and say major or extreme things and saying “this will happen” it does not work that way in the long range. Listen no computer model is 100% it’s right so it’s up to the meteorologist to use his or her training and experience or someone who has experience and training in the field of math and physics such as a PhD to create the forecast. so be careful when you to know about the weather from YouTubers because it can be Clickbait for more views and there forecast or predictions might not be correct. But with this tropical wave that we’re watching that could be the sign of the active season ahead. And lastly dish July if you can believe you’re not was the hottest July on record. And it could’ve been the hottest July in over 100,000 years and this could be partly due by the way to man-made climate change
