This is why I think it’ll be another 2004 2005 year cause that was when we had storm after storm. Do we know how active those years were?

I missed Live- I was working on Hurricane damage & debris! Not ready for another storm. So sorry to hear of Simba's sudden passing. Thank you for update from Upper Tampa Bay, WxCN.

That ain't going north it's going west
-
No looking for this storm

I should say this recurvature is likely but it’s not 100% guaranteed yet. Even if we do not get a direct hit in the United States or in Canada, we could still have some dangerous seas, rough surf and rip currents.
-
Very sorry to hear about the dog, losing one is a really tough thing to go through. My best to all.
-
So sorry to hear about your loss. Its so hard to comprehend such a sudden loss.

I have lived in Florida for over 30 years and I know to always be prepared come May and all the way through December. I dont take my eye off a tropical entity until its North of Delaware!

Aw, so sad about your dog. Memories are the best way to deal with sadness, they make you smile, even if thru tears. Thanks for your straightforward reports, much appreciated here in Ft. Myers.
-
This looks like its forming but I think its not as ready to consolidate as it looks. Get back to me tomorrow evening I could very well be very wrong.

Hello my favorite weather man. Again , I couldn’t watch you live because of work. I just wanted to say thank you for your weather updates and my condolences to you and your family. Loosing a pet is very hurtful. Prayers to you and the family ❤

Analyzing 500mb and incoming front, it is a timing issue on placement. The 850mb is a bit more troublesome with timing. Frontal patterns are going to be key as well with 500mb just behind front. I see this front pushing faster and Ernesto doing east coast buzz saw to NC landfall. As of now analyzing the data.

Sorry for your loss. I’m in the USVI thanks for the update

In your expert opinion, how do you see the steering patterns shaping up after Ernesto. Do you see one similar to June, where everything was traveling due west only effecting Mexico and Texas or do you see LA, MS and AL more on the table? The three states that have remain unaffected so far. For a storm to affect me it would have to travel up North from the boot of LA and up into southern MS from there or come in at WNW angle for the coast of MS before eventually curving. I feel like it is hard to get the full on slaught from a storm from where I live. It’s either too far to the west or to the east. Katrina effected us big time with its massive wind field and we were to its west by about 60 or 70 miles and we sort of got lucky with Ida. It was moving so slow that it weakened to 70 mph winds and a lot of dry air depositing itself into the storm. So even though the center of the storm was about 30 miles to my east, we hardly had any rainfall, it was weird and not much in the way of wind either.

Watching from cape cod Massachusetts 🌀 .

Sorry again for you loss. Is it the Saharan dust thats preventing more storms from forming now? It was surprising to see nothing in the pipeline lke we did Thursday.

I am so sorry for your loss of your family dog. Dogs and cats are family and it's always hard when they pass. Awe … we have two GSD's and lost 1 last November and mine passed from a strong cancer a few years ago. Her loss was very hard as she had surgery but only lived a month afterward and died the day after Christmas. YES, we have always had big dogs too.
Thank you, Nazario, as always, with your advice and analysis of the weather. I always learn something watching you. -
