Ok, I enjoyed your little video about Guyana 🇬🇾, I am Trini 🇹🇹, and I am telling you that AA is an American airline company based in Texas.., when you Return file a complete complaint about the incident that took place in Guyana Airport and what had happened., Under New US, Airlines rules in the United States, American Airlines owes you more than $3 thousand US dollars in Refunds and a Complimentary ticket to another destination for Free., You have to fight for your cancelation of your tickets and your Rights as a Paying customer of that Airline.., Almost the same thing happened to me with American Airlines with a flight from New York to Hawaii. I paid $499 for a RT flight to and from Hawaii., and they canceled my flight for some odd Reason., so I called and complained about what had happened and they Refunded me $3,700 dollars for my situation and give me a New RT ticket to and from Hawaii at a Later date of my Choosing., Good Luck my Guyanese sister and take Advantage of the new Laws against Airlines company's in the US that caused difficulties and Hardship due to their own Airlines Problems..,

In future Check the airline's baggage policy Before heading to the airport, familiarize yourself with the baggage policy of the airline you are flying with. Each airline has specific weight limits for checked baggage, and exceeding these limits may result in additional fees.

I was a Travel Agent for 36 Years, you have every Right to Highlight what you did, you said Nothing Derogatory , you were Highlighting what goes on at The Airline, once you're bumped off a flight for which you have a confirmed Seat You are entitled to twice the One Way Fare in cash. AA is based in Houston you can file a Complaint and be Compensated for The Manner in which you were Treated. I Will not respond to Negative Comments but You and I know exactly why You were treated so badly!! Safe Travels 🙌 Enjoy your Trip⚘️⚘️⚘️

So only one carry on per person and it has to fit under seat if not they will make u check all the big bags (check means they will put the big ones in the plane cargo and u pick up at destination) but– they may only allow a certain amount of suitcases u can check +some airlines charge a shit ton to check bags but hopefully thats not the case girl i know BS- each checked bag has to meet their weight requirements. They wont allow anyone past security (TSA) point with more than i think 3 or 4oz of liquid. Meaning COLOGNE (smh) baby milk (BS right?) LOTION all kinds of expensive sh*t they make u trash or leave behind i mean u cant imagine how many different items ive had leave smfh. I would make sure i have a carryon with an outfit for u & Suri&fit anything else will need like really important necessary stuff for at least a day or 2 in case there is a fiasco at baggage claim which happens more than it doesnt! Keep chk-in tkt (per bag) in wallet or somewhere u wont misplace- label ur luggage so u can spot it right away grab & go. Its a whole damn process mama. I used to basically live on planes bk &forth all over plus i was STANDBY WHICH OMG believe me its HELL! Anyway i know im mad late but i hope this helps. I can mesg u on fb if u have any questions or issues or need help mama. Muss lemme know❤ so soooo sorry u hd to endure that. Ughh smh😮 U got this girl we can do bad all by ourselves right!? Having travel to many different countries all over this world. I have never resorted to AA because of their policies and reputation. I find JetBlue has a better service despite some inconveniences at times. For most of my domestic travels I have used either delta or JetBlue and for international I used JetBlue to Ireland. Their service was up to European standards. I was never really disappointed with either of them.

I am so sorry you had to experience that what you did. Next time just hold your thoughts and record everything that’s way you can build a strong case against them.
