UK Unemployment Drops, but Is the Pound’s Rally Sustainable?

Hi Luca, had to look up this info on the Web. Regarding the unemployment figures for the UK. The population is roughly 67 Million, a huge chunk of that is people under the age of 16 (17.5%/ 11.7 Million), plus we have 13 Million Pensioners, By Adding these 2 together we have 24.7 Million or 36.8% of the population that has no input into the economy. Taking this all into consideration our workforce population is 67M – 24.7M = 42.3M. If we then work 4.2% unemployment of 42.3M Eligible Workers we arrive at an unemployment number of 1,776,600 . Seems to make sense to me , Thanks for the great content everyday. Andy
