    Lynette, I am very happy for you that you were able to spend time together with other couples. It's great when you have a family that supports you and takes care of the children.
    We've also been on vacation in the Dominican Republic and lived in Sosua 38 years ago. Back then there were only a few Americans and Germans there, probably just us and 8 friends๐Ÿ˜…. It was wonderful there, of course certainly different from today and almost without tourism. We ate wonderful fish dishes, even had a German bakery there, beautiful beaches, great ocean and incredibly nice people. ๐Ÿค— I will always carry this trip in my heart and hopefully you will too. Have you also been to the so-called Bounty Island? It was the highlight of our trips.
