I'm not surprised. It's been downhill since Vatican 2.

Anyone else get utterly exhausted and just glaze over when people who are completely full of…lies…yammer on and on weaseling their way around the truth? It’s tiresome makes one want to have nothing to do with these people.

We certainly have seen how great a job a woman has done in the role of leadership in the USSS. The demasculization of the Church is mirrored in society and it's been disastrous. There is a Divine order and plan for both men and women and each have their distinct roles.

Those pushing some sort of new 'sin-nodal church' are not of the mind of Christ and I will not follow them out of the holy Church.

Just like when the pope appeared to criticize the German church years ago and i thought it was a mere ploy so that he would take the lead towards their homosexual “unions”, i do not this time around believe him on the issue of women ordination is shut down. He’s known to speak out of both sides of his mouth. As to this Bishop, let’s remember even though he’s aged and will be out there are many like him with same thinking

The synodal process under protestantism includes the laity electing representatives to their synods. What this present Vatican is doing doesn't even rise to THAT level. They really have no idea what they're doing. If they think that the unelected synodal participants are going to force their beliefs on the rest of the church they really are in for a rude awakening. And the hubris is unbelievable😮

Is it true that Bergoglio never performs the mass anymore nor that he has ever been seen kneeling before the Blessed Sacrament?

They say the Church of nearly 2000 years got it all wrong whats to stop future generations from saying the same about them?

I now got to a Sedevacantist church. I love that the men lead the rosary before mass. I love that I can just go to mass and pray with Mother Mary and trust that the priest and servers know their job.

How can they make the claim of “True believers” yet they believe that The Church guided by the Holy Ghost has been in error for thousands of years? I don’t know I have a hard time believing they are actually true believers in the Catholic faith. however, I do believe that they are true believers in some kinda “faith” but it’s not Catholic. If they were true believers, why is it that there are so many stories of these modern day reformers/infiltrators, having “happygayorgies, drug parties etc. etc. if they really believe they are on the mission from God they would know how wrong all that stuff is!

    -God bless

Impossible to ordain woman in the One True Holy Roman Catholic Church. The new Synodal Church is another thing all together

We can blame the devil all we want to but the reason for these results are obvious. Society has been feminized and men have let it happen. Men have abdicated their responsibilities in the church and women have filled the void.

Oswald Gracias is a parrot for Francis. Anything that Francis says, he tows that line. Which is why cardinal oswald gracias is part of francis's inner circle

The Jesuits have a philosophy in their doctrine of The Fundamental Option. This doctrine basically says that if, fundamentally, you want to be good and want to go to Heaven, this fervent desire will cover your sins and suffice to get you into Heaven in spite of what Christ's teachings have always been. This rings true with this synodal path as it is fleshing out this Fundamental Option.

The initial round tables were actually gripe sessions against what Christ taught and how He set up His Church, while invoking the "Holy Spirit" to overturn what Christ taught. Looking at it from this perspective we can more easily see why Francis is changing the Commandments, the Catechism, the Bible, and the Sacraments so that they now can conform to the desires of the Synod making the Holy Spirit the fall guy so that they do not incur sin.

THE GREATEST FEAR EXPRESSED BY ARCHBISHOP LEFEBVRE IN BEING TOLD THAT HE HAD TO ACCEPT VATICAN II, WAS THAT IN ESSENCE, HE WOULD WAKE UP THE NEXT MORNING AS A PROTESTANT.

Should we not have these same fears that this is what they trying to do to us with Synodality?! Since they are bragging that they are finishing off Vatican II, isn't the SSPX absolutely justified in refusing to accept Vatican II as the basis of our Faith?

Archbishop Lefebvre stated that our past is our future. Do we not want our future to be in Heaven? If so, why all these changes? In Hebrews 13:8 St. Paul confirms with us the following: "Jesus Christ, yesterday, and today; and the same forever." And the first sentence of verse 9: "Be not led away with various and strange doctrines." … the original of "our past is our future."

Note: Acts 6:3: "Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you SEVEN MEN of good reputation, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom… "
    (These were the first Deacons.)

Chapter 6:6: "These they set before the Apostles; and they praying, imposed hands upon them." (They ordained them.) …
    Sounds "Sacramental" to me.

St. Paul used the term "laying on of hands" in 1Timothy 4:14: "Neglect not the Grace that is in thee, WHICH WAS GIVEN THEE BY PROPHECY, WITH IMPOSITION OF THE HANDS OF THE PRIESTHOOD."

1Timothy 5:22: "Impose not hands lightly upon ANY MAN, neither be partaker of other men's sins. KEEP THYSELF CHASTE."

1Timothy 3:12: "Let Deacons…" (permanent … The transitional Deacon is to be celibate in preparation for the celibate Priesthood.)
"… be the husband's of one wife: who rule well their children, and their own houses."

The people at the Synod would have done much better had they consulted the Scriptures for the Holy Spirit rather than each other; the Scriptures being the "Inerrant" word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit!

Stupidly? As in by mistake…… you must be new here. I kid of course. In all seriousness, this wasn't stupid, this is how he actually feels. So many priests and bishops are mere administrators. They are not shepherds, they are not Godly men. This is merely a job for them.

Not surprised like other Indian Catholics who know what all has happened in the last 4 years, starting from the pandemic under the Cardinal Oswald Gracias. The amount of corruption and the persecution of priests under his authority has caused so many Catholics to be aghast. He is clearly pushing Pope Francis agenda.

He pushed all priests in the Archdiocese to forcefully take the Vaccine. No accountability for the number of priests who died and who were severally injured post this decision. Above all he supports the "Pacchamama" Indian version – with many churches openly embracing and syncing with the pagan culture of the country just for the sake of appeasement.

The worst was the closure of the churches and the change in the liturgy pushed by the State Administration to receive Jesus on the Hand and outside the Church – so the parishioners were given the Eucharist after the mass was over and that was the last thing and the priest was left alone at the altar.

There are no Latin masses in India – the Syro Malabar rite is majorly followed only among 1 denomination that is the Keralites in India the majority is the Novus Ordo rite and the variations of this rite differ with geography. Masses are said in the local denominations and in a country like India – in the city of Mumbai – there are 5 different language masses.

There aren't enough priests to minister to a large Christian population in cities, that is why the women form part of the ministry, especially the Eucharistic ministry and to administer communion at home. In many parishes the men are literally absent and the women take a forefront in these activities. All this starts at a young age. There are altar girls, then the choir, the liturgical team, and the Legion of Mary, Women's sodality and now even women deacons. The Church in India is facing a severe crisis. TLM is non-existent.

Nonetheless, Gracias also warned against expectations of doctrinal changes.

“We don’t reject them as persons,” he said of the LGBTQ+ community. “The danger is that if we make any statement, it might be interpreted by some, as the Church is changing in her moral stance just to be again accepted.”

“Not true,” the Indian prelate said. “The Church is very consistent.

The Indian mindset is very much unlike the way the West perceives society. For us society has to be inclusive and understanding, because if it isn't, life becomes hard for every community that is trying to co-exist. If you choose to look at other comments Cardinal Gracias has made, he has been very clear about the clear position of the Church on women priests, and other such matters, repeatedly clarifying them in panel discussions and Q&As on the Archdiocesan YouTube channel.

While I definitely agree that there is a push from high-ranking clergy to push modernist agendas on the church, what Cardinal Gracias is doing is simply being open to dialogue to see what can be done, instead of saying no and shutting the doors. People need to be spoken to, be welcomed and taught the faith. If someone comes to you and tells you they have a problem you don't tell them to "cope and seethe", you listen to them and dialogue.

Cardinal Gracias is not pushing for women priests. The point is to learn how to deal with situations with people who feel marginalized, and how to deal with them in a way that doesn't turn them into sheep but also brings them into conversion. It isn't just about women and those who identify as gay, it's about transgender persons, people of different castes, disabled people, etc. Sometimes telling people that they're wrong and bad isn't enough, you have to know how to help them move forward

We have lost all charity in dealing with our own people it seems. We make judgments about members of the clergy through a screen without knowing anything about them.
Meanwhile, as faithful, we ought to be praying for our Bishops, our clergy and to the Holy Spirit that they may make the right decisions for the Church. We need to pray!

The world has gone mad , and the Church has followed suite … it no longer represents the teaching of Christ.😢

The Church is not a static organization but rather an organic body that is moving towards a finality. The Church through the centuries has grown in its understanding of itself. We should be open to change rather than holding on to the past which might be irrelevant in our times.

The "rightful place for women in the Church" is the place they've ALWAYS had.

"Equality" =/= "identity". Men's and women's places have equal worth, but are not identical, any more than your right hand has equal worth to your left hand but isn't identical to it.

    Modernists, BEGONE.

I assume that the clergy who are ushering in the Ape of the Church (AKA the Church of Nice) have fallen into the same mindset of error as apostate Catholics who embrace Protestantism: “I was in asleep in Catholicism until someone ‘woke me up to what is correct’”. 🤦‍♂️

20:58 breaking down the sacramental barrier…the shift from minor orders to instituted ministries 1972. Then the change from viri (men) to include women…all that is lacking is a new ministry…deaconessess. Suppress the order of deacon…and make it a ministry. There is still the order of priesthood, so the sacrament of orders remains…perhaps this is the plan.

A great amount of confusion ,,the clergy ought to be teaching about Our Lord and Master, Jesus Christ, not discussing crazy ideas, chimeras evolving from the apparently decaying grey matter of aging ideologisfs, who vain gloriously feel they know better than Christ Our Saviour. They have no right to change or add to the words of the book of the Gospel, “if anyone adds to them,God will add to him the plagues desctibed in this book.(Revelation22:18) Christ declared “l am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.”

The extreme Evangelicals also do not allow female pastors. Two questions-for your consideration– would you have barred Holy Mary from being a deaconess/priest, and do you regard the Holy Family as a good example of a Catholic family even though Jesus had no brothers or sisters ?
