Beautiful. Just what I needed given the storm that's on-going here! The music, as you and Logan are walking up towards Rawlsbury Camp, is simply captivating. I'm sure I've heard it before whilst watching the Detectorists on TV. Thank you for creating and sharing

I think that pint and chips must have been extremely welcome at the end of that quite arduous walk. What sensational views.

Some gorgeous shots there Dave. The research you put in to discover local facts is most appreciated.

Work has been atrocious, this week. Nothing like a hot cup of tea at the end of Friday, and watching Dave and Logan in God's green and pleasant land.

Another magnificent walk, Dave, and one requiring a good level of fitness, it appeared. Your little drone did a good job of helping depict the wonderful views. Thank you!

Thank you Dave for yet another wonderful video. Nothing better on a wet and windy Friday evening, as storm Darragh builds outside, than to watch your travels on a summers afternoon in north Dorset.

What a video packed full of goodies! I fell in love with the little thatched school house at Ibberton – a real des res. All the churches seemed to be quite late in restoration / building. The Treves readings were delightful (though I think Logan might have been aware of a squirrel in the audience for the first of them!). And all topped off with the great drone footage especially from the hill fort. I felt for you on the ' walk by' footages on the hilly terrain. Maybe you can train Logan to retreive the camera for you!!

Thank you Dave and Logan for another fantastic walk. Lots of history and great drone footage. A very welcome reminder of a late summer day on this stormy Saturday!

Hello Dave. I think everyone likes to get to the top of a hill. I know I certainly do. You got some magnificent views from where you were. I liked the piece where you were going to read some words from a book. Logan rolled onto his side as if to say "If you're going to stand there few 10 minutes, I'm going to have a nap. I'm sure you arrange for that horse and rider to meet you on every walk. Always looks like the same girl. Adds to the beauty of the walk though.

Another interesting walk Dave! How about a walk around Iwerneminster? An interesting connection to be found there with the Titanic

What a lovely video. I lived in Wooland and Ibberton back in the late 50s/60s. As children we spent a lot of time walking for miles. When we lived at Ibberton our dad liked to play crib at the Crown as it was known then but sadly he passed away playing his favourite game. His name was Charlie Chaffey, known by do many people. It was a very sad time.
I have so many happy memories whilst living there.

Dave, I need to tell you about the husband of a dear friend who suffers from extreme dimensure. He originally came from Dorset as do I. I have forwarded all of your walks to his wife. Today when I visited them, I witnessed him watching the video avidly and he cried seeing home again. So you see just how much it means to us all. Because you speak so clearly and with space between your talking, he can understand. Thank you.xxx

Comment ne pas apprécier des lieux aussi magnifiques et sereins, une atmosphère apaisante qui pousse à la contemplation et à la méditation. Une nouvelle fois merci pour le partage, je n'en rate pas un.

I also found the tribute to Jack Hargreaves very touching, there is another channel which regularly retransmits his past shows ( by his former filmmaker I think) and I always watch them with great interest.
