A simple point about International Law. The site is a REGISTERED GRAVE. It would be illegal to raise the ship.

To clarify, the titanic sank due to grazing an iceberg which flooded more compartments than the ship could handle, this was also clarified by inquiries after the rescue by carpathia in new york in depth, so inventing new theories is out of question, do your research instead of creating a youtube video to only create a liking following.
