At 27:36 those aren't fire ants! They look like a species of weaver ant. It's an extremely important distinction because fire ants are native to south america and are EXTREMELY invasive worldwide, where as weaver ants are not! Weaver ants are extremely important to their ecosystems and are currently being out-competed by invasive ant species. Native ant species are not pests!

I feel like both Ru and Production team were ready to kick Mhi'ya out of the competition. But then she did that! The only way thay can convince us that Plasma won the lip sync is if they cut Mhi'ya completely. That's how undeniable her win was.

    I loved this video.

I’m happy to see the amethyst miners wearing PPE. So many of these videos from other countries show people working in horrendous conditions and they either aren’t given PPE or they refuse to wear it. But that artist at the lapidary saw wasn’t wearing a mask. Even wet sawing creates micro particles that can be breathed in.

To the Amathysts guy, don't let your inventory sit around even in a down economy simply because you cannot find a buyer, thats a rock that belongs to the public until a private entity comes along, so put it out for the public not on YOUR floor.

Interesting that The Business insider decided to take down Mondays video about the declining birth rate. Turns out telling people they are selfish for not having kids when they can't afford them isn't good practice. It's also hilariously hypocritical.

Luxury is disgusting. All of these manufacturers dealing in waste and prestige deserve the Karma coming to them.

Wonderful compilation of information, especially on the Egyptian Cotton. Yes, I’d love to have a couple of those beautiful geodes.

Speaking about the nutmeg and mace(?(still trying to figure out what that is)), I saw that you can get paid $150,000USD/year to let wolf spiders use you as a ferry harvesting cranberries.
I don’t think these folks are getting the same compensation. I’ve been bitten by a wolf spider. I’ve actually been the main dining table for a group of hatchlings.😂
I’ve also been the main source of sustenance for a red ant colony. I’ll take the wolf spiders any day.

Thanks BI for helping show us in a privileged country how much work goes into the things we take for granted. And thanks for, intentionally or inadvertently, reminding us of our privileged status.

It's amazing how most of this dedicated professions that have been passed on from generation to generation in orher countries in the United States are pretty much worthless because the illegal immigration or the Koreans or Japanese that come over will do this skill labor for pennies on the dollar and they take away from the Proud hard-working people That really make a profession, something to be proud of.
